Before many construction projects begin, a high-level survey of the site is required to better understand where the project will be located using topographical survey. DTMs and DSMs for drone data processing facilities can reveal flow points, transitions, and other factors that help choose the best location to generate, dig, or store data.

Using Drone orthophotos and 3D models, we view buildings in their context to get a clear idea of what new buildings will look like next to existing buildings. We also evaluate how the new project will affect the space both functionally and aesthetically. The 3D model also allows for the analysis and visualization of shadows and effects/appearances. We can also extract precise data such as measurements or dimensions and export them to CAD or GIS software to supplement existing data. Our services are very much helpful as we can create aerial maps from drone images containing thousands of points, each with geospatial (X, Y, Z) and color information. We can then take accurate volume measurements and run cut/fill measurements using photogrammetry software. Our accurate drone data reduces the margin of error for calculations and payments
