Our best in technology solutions have been conducting a UAS (drone)-based visual inspection of tracks under the supervision of experienced engineers for the whole length of the track, covering bridge structures such as foundations, abutments, concrete structures, etc. using drones equipped with high-resolution cameras. We have been preparing an inspection report in 4K with the collected data in an appropriate sequence. We provide an orthophoto of the tracks and surroundings, including buffers towards increasing and decreasing chainage. The analysis and captured report by our experts give proper topographic maps of the actual state of affairs at the moment.

Our 3D models and mobile applications provide data to find defects that may exist in the structure, but we also help in anticipating problems and marking these areas so that our customers can come up with a solution very easily. We also use survey-grade UAS (Drone) to capture precisely geotagged aerial Nadir and Oblique video and images in most of the inaccessible part of the track in possible line of sight of the drone by changing angles and by flying the drone very close and at a safe distance to the structure to finally meet the inspection objective. The images or videos captured always give a proper distant view to ensure high-resolution image capture. Our best-in-class products always ensure that a high-resolution digital camera capable of collecting GPS and Glonass geo-tagged video (at least 4K resolution) and high-resolution zoomable images (at least 20MP resolution) is fitted on a 3-axis gimbal to be used for stable and clear data acquisition quality.

We also provide UAV systems, which have a live video and picture feature available to capture the relevant project details precisely with the right context for supervision in the case of bridges as well as track inspection. Useful for Railways is the monitoring of joints of the structures to look for corrosion, loose joints, and developed cracks. Also, annotations of the various structures such as pier number, rocker bearing, bottom and top chords, diagonal and vertical joints, bottom troughs, stringers of bridges, drone directions, areas of concern, track beds, markings on chainages, etc. A visual inspection report with slope analysis and boulder identification is very helpful in understanding the bridge stability, volume of the boulders, distance from the bridge, stream or river bank conditions, etc.
